We must in 2010 take charge of the health of the black community. Our efforts must begin in womb, because we are the leading people contracting and dying from Aids, while the numbers go down in the white gay male community, in the black community the numbers are tripling. Sadly, every area of our community has been affected, and the health department is reporting that HIV aids has even been seen in black women as old as 80 years old.

Something must be done to improve the health of the black community... and it must be done by us.

We the black community... must do what we use to... start feeding our children the right food, give them cod liver oil, laxatives, get plenty of exercise, by letting them play outside and not sit in front of the TV and computers.

The Health of our community begins from the womb. It's 2010 we must make a commitment to see the doctors to see the dentist to see who every we need to see to help us stay healthy.
