 RNC Parodies Obama’s Campaign Bumper Sticker

When the Obama campaign revealed that their campaign slogan was “Forward”, Republicans rushed to deride the slogan as some sort of play on socialist propaganda. When that didn’t work, mostly because it’s just flat out untrue, Republicans began fitting another slogan for President Obama: Hype and Blame.

“The candidate of hope and change has become the president of hype and blame,” RNC Chair Reince Preibus said of the president. “He blames everyone and everything except the man in the mirror.”

Preibus continued, saying the RNC would sell “hype and blame” bumper stickers as a play on Obama’s 2008 “hope and change” slogan.

Mr. Obama and first lady Michelle Obama will formally launch his re-election campaign Saturday with rallies at Ohio State University and Virginia Commonwealth University.
